Metrosupply.us ships throughout the Continental US, including Alaska and Hawaii, from multiple warehouses. We ship using UPS, FedEx, USPS and Common Carrier (LTL) to ensure quick and easy delivery. Using an approved purchase account, credit or debit card when placing your order allows for quick processing and shipment. Once an order is placed, most items are processed for shipment within 24 hours. Typically, these are in-stock items. There are items that may exceed UPS or FedEx weight/size restrictions that require additional processing time along with items that maybe special ordered and take longer to receive/ship.
Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the products ordered. Metrosupply.us ships within the Continental US. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii will incur an additional charge of $75.00-$150.00 and require additional transit time.
Metrosupply.us offers free shipping based on order size or via online promotions. To receive free shipping the order must be shipped within the Continental US and must be placed online at Metrosupply.us – Free shipping does not factor in to backorders or Special Orders. Metrosupply.us reserves the right to designate the best shipping method for orders eligible for the free shipping offer.
Items that cannot be shipped via UPS or FedEx will be sent common carrier (LTL). If an item is classified as potential-hazardous, or Hazmat, additional handling fees may be applied. If special arrangements need to made for delivery of common carrier shipments (LTL) like delivery appointment/liftgate needed at time of delivery, etc… we need to be notified at time of order. These services are additional and may incur additional fees either from MetroSupply.us or actual common carrier (LTL) service doing the delivery.
Common Carrier (LTL)
Common Carrier shipping method will be used for orders that do not qualify for UPS/FedEx Ground shipping, and when small package shipments are not possible or cost effective. LTL shipments are limited to desyinations within the Continental US. A minimum order size of $ 1,500.00 for free delivery applies to all LTL shipments, except ice melt. Please note: Customers are responsible for additional cost of shipping services.
Typically orders placed online can take 1-5 business days to be delivered. Most are in the 1-3 business days. There are some exceptions to this, for example it items are shipped directly from the manufacturer it can take 5-14 business days to receive, or if an item is a Special Order Item. Please note shipment/deliveries are made Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays.
There are instances in which items that customers have ordered are not available for immediate delivery, or are out of stock. We will notify the customer via email of the backorder and estimated due date if available. The backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Metrosupply.us does not charge any additional charges for backordered items.
Return Policy & Order Cancellations
Metrosupply.us is committed to providing our customers with quality products. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with every purchase they make with us. There are some products for which we cannot accept returns due to manufacturer policies.
We ask that carefully inspect each product upon delivery. It is important that any visible damage must be noted at the time of delivery so that a shipping claim may be filed. If you receive an item that is either defective or damaged please contact Sales@Metrosupply.us within 5 days of delivery. If you have defective merchandise – We are responsible for the shipping cost when returning your merchandise. We will either email you a return label or issue call tags for the return.
Non-defective merchandise: If you have non-defective merchandise which is unopened, and is within 15 days of receiving your item, we will issue an RMA# and will give you an address to ship the product to at your expense subject to a 25% restocking fee or more, depending on the item, manufacturer policies, and circumstances. Return shipping to us is at your expense. If the merchandise has been opened and is not defective, we cannot issue you an RMA. We do not issue refunds/credits without RMA# If you return any product without an RMA# you will not receive credit.
Orders placed on Metrosupply.us are processed quickly and may not be able to be cancelled after they have been placed. Please contact Sales@Metrosupply.us with order information to see where order is in processing, if already in printed status, order cannot be cancelled.
Crediting your account
Credit will be issued within 30 days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card or account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 30 business days from the time we receive your return.
